Returns & Refund Policy

You have 7 days of delivery to return the item. The return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging in order to be accepted. There is also a 15% restocking fee + 3% Credit Card fee. Once confirmed shipment has been made a refund will be returned in 7-10 Business Days.

Orders that are cancelled in transit or refused at delivery due to non-damage reasons (include but are not limited to size, color variation, etc.) are also subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Items That Cannot Be Returned Include:

  • Items that have been assembled or installed
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Items without their original packaging
  • Items postmarked 30 days or more after the date of delivery
  • Rug Pads are non-refunding

Note on color: The digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen. Please be advised that in some cases patterns and colors may vary according to size.

To return an item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Within 7 days of receipt, email the eCommerce team at info@kismetrugs.com or call (1-307-739-8984). Include your order details, contact information and reason for the return.
  2. Carefully repackage the merchandise and write our return address on the outside of your package. Items must be returned in the original or equivalent packaging. We cannot accept returns sent collection on delivery (C.O.D). Return the package via UPS or insured parcel post. Please note you are responsible for the safe return of your merchandise.

Kismet Rugs offers FREE SHIPPING for all items in the U.S. All of our products are located and shipped from Wyoming via Fedex. Kismet Rugs does not ship outside U.S. Please note we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO or U.S territories.
